  I'm a snob when it comes to good service especially when it comes to personal care. In many countries it is not easy to find truly exceptional customer care. "TSL" (The Shampoo Lounge) offers exceptional customer service mixed with a classy ambiance. They also offer the only authentic men's straight edge service complete with all the hot towels, guys music, drinks and more. A true gold mine.

  Went there with 2 mates and my daughter. I had haircut & shave and my daughter had eyelash extensions. Both loved the experience.

  This place offers a brilliant signature massage where everything is clean and fresh, it costs a little extra at $20 AUD for an hour but at least you know the linen and towels etc are clean. The massage itself was delightful and professional. I also had a traditional 'cut throat razor' shave which was an experience all of its own...

  Had a couples full body massage which was fantastic!! After 6 trips to Bali and after visiting many spas this was very good!! Then had a hair cut which was also very professional. My husband had a wet shave and it was also very good. We will definitely be back!!

  This is my regular place for a haircut and occasionally open blade shave.
  The crew and owners are very professional, excellent friendly service and a very good price (as far as I'm concerned) - 175k for basic wash-cut-wash up to 250 for the full "Bali Boss" cut and shave. Free wifi, drinks...and I ain't talkin no paper cup of beer...I'm talking glass bottle of beer, or a nice whiskey if that's your poison. I will not be going anywhere else in Bali.

  My stylist name is Nixon and he's very helpful. He constantly help me to get the hair style that I desired each time of my visit. The barber place also really comfortable, classic and funky. You homemade pomade also awesome. Totally recommended!

  They have a mens' barber upstairs where you can get as good a haircut as in any big-city shop, at a much better price. I make sure I need a cut when I know I'll be in Bali.

  Had a great afternoon at The Shampoo Lounge and The Barber upstairs. The staff are so friendly and professional which made it a pleasant experience. The Salon is one of the best in Bali and The Barber upstairs is a sanctuary for the men. Highly recommend a visit to this place during your stay in Bali. A1
